2 bunches broccoli flowerets, cut into small pieces
1 cup peanuts
1 cup raisins
8 pieces crisp bacon - crumbled (optional)
Grated onion , to taste
(2) (Dressing)
1/4 red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
Toss together part 1.
Add together for the dressing part 2. Mix all together right before
serving.
You may not want to use all the dressing. It will kept in the
refrigerator for several days.
